Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to rent a jet ski?

To rent a jet ski, you’ll need to bring a valid government-issued ID. If you’re under the age of 32, Florida law requires you to have a Boater Safety Education ID Card. Don’t worry if you don’t have one—you can complete a quick online test before your rental. We’ll guide you through the process if needed.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a damage deposit of 500$ is required prior every rental. If damage occurs, let us know immediately. We inspect each jet ski before and after rental to assess its condition. If there’s damage, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit. We’ll always be fair and transparent about the process.

What safety measures are in place?

Safety is our top priority. All renters are required to wear U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets, which we provide. We also equip our jet skis with safety lanyards that shut off the engine if you fall off. Our team will give you a safety briefing and point out restricted areas to ensure a safe and fun experience.

Can I ride if it’s my first time?

No problem at all! Many of our customers are first-timers. Before your rental, our team will provide a detailed safety briefing and riding instructions. We’ll explain how to control the jet ski, navigate the water, and stay safe. By the time you hit the water, you’ll feel confident and ready to enjoy your ride.

What happens if it rains?

We closely monitor weather conditions to keep everyone safe. If bad weather arises before your rental, we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue a refund. If the weather changes unexpectedly while you’re on the water, return to the dock immediately, and our team will assist you.

Can I bring a passenger?

Yes, our jet skis can accommodate up to two people, most of our jet skis have a maximum combined weight limit of 400 pounds. This includes the driver and passenger. If you’re unsure about weight limits or have a larger group, feel free to contact us, and we’ll help find the best solution.
